I have always loved making things happen, and have been lucky enough to be involved in a huge range of projects where I’ve been able to do just that.
From growing accounts, designing shopping trolleys and delivering new production systems, to producing websites and TV titles, I have built and delivered for many clients and platforms.
No stranger to start-ups, I’ve lived through rapid growth and the pains that can come with success, I have also handled blue-chip organisations where understanding processes and corporate expectations are key.
Having really enjoyed my time at Sugarway, getting things running smoothly and working on some amazing projects, I’m now keen to find a home in larger creative organisation.
I’m looking for somewhere that needs a team member who understands the creative process, can communicate with clients, and translate their needs for the design team. A company that wants someone with an eye for new opportunities, who can develop an account.
Somewhere that has ambitions and is keen to grow that little bit more.

ENSAS are an S.M.E. specialising in the supply, recycling and maintenance of retail equipment for the major retail chains in UK and Europe, providing its customers with a consolidated, digitised system for the supply of services and equipment.
Developed strong relationships at all levels with key accounts (£1m T/O+) and establishing ENSAS as preferred supplier for retailers including Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose, Pets at Home, Focus, Boots, Kwiksave, Pound Stretcher and B&Q.
Worked in various areas during a period of rapid growth and expansion (100k to £9m+ turnover)
At ENSAS I lead a team designing a range of innovative shopping trolleys for Asda, with the brief to reduce their whole life cost by 20% and initial purchase by 10%. We delivered 30% and 20% respectively. Created a ‘cradle to grave’ trolley operation for Asda, by developing a holistic, computerised, total fleet management programme. This integrated all forecasting, recycling, maintenance and buying and introduced recycling across all stores, taking end of life equipment into our custom built recycling plant, and allowing its reuse in Asda’s estate.
With this inclusive approach we delivered over £300k of savings to Asda on a like for like basis in the systems first year of operation.
Focussed operations team on delivering efficiency and quality improvements, including;
St Luke’s Special School, Dorcan Tech. College, Highworth Warneford,
St Johns Marlborough & Ridgeway School.
Whilst at Sugarway I have devoted at least 1 day a week to teaching at various high schools in Swindon and surrounding areas. There I have taught a range of subjects in Design and Technology, to 12-18 year old students, also provided career mentoring and advice in the creative and engineering fields.
Although there was no financial incentive, I kept at it for several years, and enjoyed the feeling of giving something back, in particular I found working with the students at St. Luke’s, with their behavioural difficulties and challenging backgrounds, rewarding and inspiring.
